For businesses that run on WhatsApp

Every enquiry
answered.
Every customer
followed up.

CueCove replies on your WhatsApp in seconds, in your customer's language. Then it follows up until they book, turn up, and come back. Your team sees every step.

One customer, start to finish

Answered in seconds.
Followed up for months.

Shown on CueCove's own WhatsApp. On yours, it's your customers, your services and your calendar.

  • They askAnswered in seconds, in their language, from your information only.
  • They go quietOne friendly follow-up in the morning. Never after a no.
  • They bookStraight into your calendar, or handed to your team.
  • The day beforeA reminder, so the chair isn't empty.
  • AfterwardsThanks, and your review link. Only with their yes.
  • Months laterDue again, before they think of going elsewhere.

After hours

You're closed. Your customers aren't.

By morning they've booked with whoever answered first.

While you're not looking

Your next customer just messaged four businesses.
The first reply wins.

They're comparing options right now, on the sofa, at the office, at midnight. Every minute of silence hands the booking to whoever answers first.

your conversion odds are cut in half when a reply takes more than 30 minutes.

What silence costs

Now count yours.
Three leaks, none of them measured.

The enquiry nobody answered in time. The customer who asked, went quiet, and was never chased. The booking that never turned up. None of them shows up in a report, because none of them ever happened. Put in your own numbers.

Each dot is one enquiry this month.

  • No timely reply. Answered in seconds, day or night.
  • Went quiet. Followed up once, the next morning.
  • Didn't show. Reminded the day before.

Illustrative. Uses your numbers, plus two assumptions from lead-response research: 40% of enquiries arrive outside business hours, and half of those never get a timely reply. It counts everyone who stays in touch as booked, so the no-show figure is an upper bound.

How it works

Your team stays in charge.
The concierge covers the gaps.

It runs on the number you already have. No new number, no new app for your team, no migration. Four rules govern every conversation:

RULE 01

Every message still reaches your team first.

Enquiries ring through to your staff's WhatsApp exactly as they do today. The concierge waits through a short grace window you control, and if a human is answering, it never says a word.

RULE 02

No reply in time? It answers, and qualifies.

Within seconds it responds in the customer's own language, English, العربية, français, or Arabizi, using only your approved information. It identifies what they want, when they want it, and captures the booking details. Your team receives a clean, qualified lead instead of an unread chat.

RULE 03

A human types? It goes silent. Instantly.

The moment anyone on your team replies from their normal WhatsApp app, the concierge stands down for that conversation and stays out of the way. Taking over requires zero training, because your staff just reply, like they always have.

RULE 04

It follows up, and it knows when not to.

If a customer goes quiet, it follows up once, in the morning. It reminds booked customers the day before, thanks them afterwards with your review link, and brings them back when their next visit is due. Never after a no, never after "stop", and never over a colleague. Reviews and recalls only go to customers who said yes when it asked.

You see all of it

Every follow-up,
and what came of it.

Who CueCove is following up, when it goes, where they stood before, and what they did next. In your portal, and in your monthly report.

  • Cancel any follow-up before it goes, or stop them for one customer.
  • A customer who says stop is never messaged again until you say so.
  • "Booked afterwards" means what they did next. We never claim the credit for it.

The 15-minute call

Everything you need
to decide. In one call.

Not a pitch deck, and not just a demo. We walk you through what CueCove is, exactly how it sits on the number you already use, what your team keeps doing untouched, what doing nothing is costing you, and where the honest limits are. You'll have the full picture. Then you test it yourself and try to break it.

✓ Performance promise: instant replies, qualified leads, clean handover, or we fix it free. ✓ Setup is fully done for you. Most businesses go live within a week. ✓ Onboarding is hands-on, so we take a limited number of new businesses each month.
  • The full pictureWhat it is, how it runs on your existing number, what changes for your team (almost nothing), how it hands over, what it will and won't say, and where the honest limits are.
  • Your hands on itYou message it like a customer would, in English, Arabic, French or Arabizi. Push it. Then watch a staff reply silence it mid-conversation, which is the part that sells it.
  • Your numbers, and the decisionYour enquiry volume, your average ticket, what going live actually involves. You'll know whether it's worth it before we hang up, either way.

Before you ask

Straight answers

Do we lose our WhatsApp app or our number?+
No, and that's the point. Your number stays exactly where it is, and your team keeps replying from the same WhatsApp Business app they use today. The concierge works alongside them on the same number, through WhatsApp's official coexistence technology on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Will customers feel like they're talking to a bot?+
It's built to write like a sharp, brief team member, matching each customer's language and tone, one question at a time, no scripts and no corporate filler. You approve its voice before launch and we tune it monthly from real conversations. The demo exists so you can judge this yourself.
Won't follow-ups annoy my customers?+
They're built not to. One follow-up per silence, inside your messaging hours. Never after a no, never after a booking, and never to anyone who asked to stop. Reviews and recalls only go to customers who said yes when CueCove asked. You see every follow-up before it goes, and can cancel any of them.
Does WhatsApp charge for follow-ups?+
Within 24 hours of a customer's last message, no. After that, WhatsApp only allows messages from templates it has approved, and it charges a few cents for each one, billed to your own WhatsApp account. We write the templates and get them approved for you.
What happens when it's asked something it shouldn't answer?+
It only uses information you've approved, and it never invents prices, availability, or policies. Anything sensitive (complaints, negotiations, medical questions) is escalated straight to your team with a one-line summary and a suggested reply. When it's unsure, it asks instead of guessing.
How much does it cost?+
Plans depend on your enquiry volume and use case, so we price it on the demo call, after you've seen it work and we've seen your numbers. As a rule of thumb: a handful of recovered bookings covers it. The calculator above tells you what doing nothing costs.
How fast can we be live?+
Setup is on us: one short call to collect your services and tone, a 15-minute connection to your WhatsApp, then a supervised first week where we monitor every conversation and fine-tune. Most businesses are fully live within a week of signing.
Is this allowed by WhatsApp?+
Yes. CueCove runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform through Meta-approved infrastructure and follows WhatsApp's business messaging policies. No grey-market tools, ever. Your number's safety comes first.

Somewhere right now, a customer is messaging a business
and getting silence.

Make sure it isn't yours. Book the 15-minute demo, and try to break it.
